Requirements

Android

A tablet or smartphone running Android 9 or later. We recommend the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ or the Lenovo M8.

Google Play is optional: the app can also be installed directly and keeps itself up to date.

To print to a desktop printer, use the Mopria print service. We've found that manufacturers' printer drivers can be buggy on newer versions of Android.

A PC running Windows or Linux.

Recommended accessories

• Receipt printer: a Star Micronics printer compatible with the TSP650 or TSP100. We recommend the TSP654IIE3 for Ethernet connections and the TSP654IIW for wireless connections.
• Desktop printer: any desktop printer works, in place of or alongside a receipt printer.
• Label printer: the Zebra ZD621.
• Cameras: most IP cameras work. We support all Axis Communications cameras and recommend the Axis M2036-LE.
